Liability Waiver:
The Pikes Peak Ascent and Marathon tries hard to keep club member e-mails safe from Spammers. This service will be
monitored and if I am found guilty of abuse I will be punished by being forced to run up Pikes Peak with a plastic bag over my head!
I also understand that typing and using a mouse have been found to cause carpal tunnel syndrome. By clicking on
the submit button I agree now and forever to hold the Pikes Peak Ascent and Marathon harmless and indemnify it for all claims,
damages, judgments and costs and that I am in good physical condition and physically and mentally capable of
using a mouse and a keyboard.
I do not accept this waiver!
