Years past I've parked on the street by Cog RR. I also stopped by the police station and gave them my license number and description. If you take the Cog to Mountain View and hike over the Cog RR will let you park in their parking lot. Just tell them you will be up at Barr Camp for a few days. This is what we've done in recent years.
