I'm a lot like you. I've never finished high enough to get hardware either. However, there are runners who will finish in the 3.5-4 hour time frame that can win age group awards. I wanted to point that out because it is still a race for them and I don't want to impede their chances of getting hardware. If all the stars align, I just might get hardware, but I ain't counting on it. :) Then I just get to drink beer and eat chicken- which is pretty good consolation.
