Please tell me the incline (illegal) is not open on Sunday 8/19. In response to: I plan on doing the incline Sunday morning; I am only doing the ascent this year and will cheer on the runners to start the marathon and then jog on up to run the incline; if I time it right I should be able to return via Barr trail after marathoners go up and before leaders return; I have never run the incline and thought this would be a good option. (Roll Tide) In response to: I'm doing the Ascent for the first time this year (Wave 2). Any reason I shouldn't do the Incline at a moderate to slow pace on Friday? I've done it once, the last time I was in CO Springs, and I loved it. It wasn't "THAT" taxing, but I thought I'd seek counsel from the more experienced.
