Started in 1956, as a challenge between smokers and non smokers, the Pikes Peak Marathon is the 3rd oldest marathon in the USA behind Boston and Yonkers. See the list.

How to get a Pikes Peak Race Number

Notices: You must get your own packet and you must have a photo ID. This holds true for race morning pick-up as well! The races start on time, so we encourage you to pick up your packet prior to race morning. Packets will not be available after the races are over.

Directions to packet pickup:
When you come into Manitou Springs on Manitou Avenue, Memorial Park will be on your right in the 500 block of Manitou Avenue.

This is the next block east of City Hall and the starting line of the Pikes Peak Ascent and Marathon.
